The breakfast was great with a huge variety of items.

stayed in this property for 7 nights and really enjoyed our choice. the hotel was well-run and the location was lovely really close to shops, markets, cafes, gelato, restaurants, and bus stop. the beds were good sized and each newly remodelled and good sized room had central heating, a work desk, and a tv with satellite channels.

The room had fabulous views of the lake and was recently refurbished and air-conditioned. the hotel's location in a residential area was unbeatable, with convenience to a supermarket, good restaurants, and proximity to the lake.

The hotel is very close to the lake Garda and the nice villages like Sirmione and Desenzano. The breakfast was good and the rooms are spacious. We also liked the good functioning and modern air conditioner. For italian standards the availability of wifi internet was very good!

The furniture is outdated. Specially in the lobby. The hotel could use a thorough refurbishment. The bed was very very hard. We know that that's a matter of taste, but in our opinion it was way to hard. Wifi in the hotelroom would be nice. But the wifi in the lobby worked fine.

Big room and frendly staff

The room rates were very reasonable and we got great value for what we paid. Everything was clean and tidy, and the staff were attentive to our needs.

There were no major issues with this hotel. Everything was satisfactory and we enjoyed our stay.

Only One night stat, But vert good experience. Good service though our late arrive. Very nice rooms, clean and comfortable. Much better service and quality than In France (Nice) . Vert good equipment In bathroom. Nice pool, and pleasent comunication with reception when leaving. We will recommend this hotel for our friends.

Hotel in peaceful area, close to the lake and main roads, good breakfast, clean rooms with aircon, friendly stuff, the pool is really great and clean.

Clean hotel, with air conditioning and a shuttle bus for transportation. Beautiful scenery and nearby gluten-free restaurant options. Upgraded room with helpful staff. Pleasant location near the lake and supermarkets, with a footpath for lake activity and wildlife observation.

The location of the hotel was very close to most of the sites that we wanted to visit. We got two bedrooms and we had enough space for 2 adults and three kids.

The room was not so clean, we had ants in the bathroom and it was a little bit difficult with one bathroom (the toilette is in the bathroom) for 5 persons.

The pool was great - 25m for proper swimming - but unheated so pretty cold at first! We stayed in a room with balcony & kitchen so could do our own cooking, which was useful. It was about 45 minutes on foot to Sirmione. Free wifi.

The ants were a bit of a problem if you made your own food. If you stayed in a room with a kitchen you didn't get the room cleaned during your stay and there was an extra cost for new towels & extra toilet paper etc., which was a bit unnecessary.

Great location near a beautiful public beach on Lake Garda. Friendly staff and bike rental service for convenient transportation. - Clean and spacious pool area suitable for both swimming and family activities. - Refurbished rooms with necessary amenities, though basic kitchen facilities.

Felt lucky, no complaints whatsoever.
